Get a glimpse of the latest holiday trends and menu selections from Catering by Seasons. This year, Executive Chef Kyle Vermuelen went all-out, creating an abundance of farm-to-table holiday dishes and other fantastic specials!
Our partners at Groundworks Farm grow year-round, so we are still able to get fantastic, flavorful produce, meat, and eggs from the farm, even in the coldest months. Each year, Groundworks offers a variety of tasty root vegetables, such as carrots, sweet potatoes, turnips, and beets, as well as hearty greens. In addition, they have pasture raised pork, chickens, and eggs. Our delicious and sustianable menu selections are available on the 2014 Catering by Seasons Holiday Menu to give you a few ideas for your holiday event.
Our farm-to-table Pumpkin Three Cheese Macaroni is a fantastic new fresh option on our menu.
In addition to our farm fresh dishes, Catering by Seasons also offers a variety of festive hors d’oeuvre, buffet stations, sides, desserts and more.
The menu also includes stationary hors d’oeuvre selections, such as our new brie wheel with fig preserves and sugared walnuts.
