A few weeks ago, we posted Tips from a Recent Bride with notes from our newly-wed Event Manager, Stephanie White.

The Catering by Seasons team was thrilled to work this event and we wanted to share even more photos from this beautiful Friday night celebration at Glenview Mansion.

Although she had her heart set on an uncovered outdoor ceremony, the weather was not as cooperative as she had hoped it would be (read more on Tips from a Recent Bride).

The plan-B indoor ceremony was tight, but the conservatory was absolutely stunning!

Partial seating allowed family and older guests a place to sit and rest while the younger crowd danced and mingled throughout the mansion.

Unique pairings of petite risotto cakes and apricot sangria, as well as short rib tacos and margarita shots were as delicious as they were creative!

Mexican Buffet Station - Catering by Seasons

For dinner, Stephanie chose three unique stations based on her tastes, her husband’s favorites, and her dad’s best picks.

Her husband, Ryan’s Mexican station featured freshly grilled quesadillas, our award-winning avocado corn salsa, and steak with a South American chimichurri sauce.

Oyster Bar - Catering by Seasons

Howard, Stephanie’s father, requested a Maryland Eastern Shore Station, with oysters, Maryland crab cakes, bacon-wrapped shrimp and a cheddar and apple salad.

Sliders Station - Catering by Seasons-3

Stephanie’s own station was a Slider Bar with sirloin sliders, seared tuna sliders and chicken meatball sliders. On the side, Chef Kyle Vermeulen added his crispy sweet potato and beet chips.

Wedding Cake - Catering by Seasons

Special thanks to Catering by Seasons for not only catering my wedding, but running the show! My event manager, Glynis Keith did everything from setup my cake, to cue my bridesmaids down the aisle. The staff at Catering by Seasons is constantly going above and beyond for their clients. I couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out. – Stephanie White, bride and Event Manager with Catering by Seasons

Reviews

Everything about working with Catering by Seasons, from the planning, communication, to the execution was phenomenal!

The food, of course, was a highlight. Several attendees went out of their way to mention that it was the best they’ve ever had at a corporate event. Your ability to deliver this high-quality experience with such ease made a lasting impression, and we truly appreciate the effort and care that went into making everything perfect. Thank you again for making our event such a success.

Catering By Seasons exceeded my expectation. I used them for a brunch at my house after my son’s bar mitzvah. The level of professionalism along with their responsiveness made me feel at ease right away.
