A Recent Event at the Carnegie Library in DC
The theme for this week’s post is food, food food!
A recent event at the Carnegie Library in Washington, D.C. really showcases our chef’s creativity and miniature culinary craft.
With a variety of passed hors d’oeuvres and signature desserts, this event utilized fabulous unique selections.
Our Beef Tenderloin Canapés with horseradish dill sauce were served with succulent garnish to liven up the plates.
Summer Garden Crudités were presented on rustic platters in frosted glass shots – a colorful start to the event.
Cajun Chicken served on pumpernickel baguette rounds provided a flair of spicy flavor, while the passed Margarita Shrimp were cool with a delectable lime sorbet.
Cute miniature Short Rib Tacos were passed later in the evening – served with a refreshing mango slaw, these were a great hit!
For dessert, Catering by Seasons served Red Velvet and Carrot Cake Sandwich Cookies, chilled Cheesecake Lollipops dipped in hard chocolate, Godiva Chocolate Milkshakes and more!
These sweet desserts and milkshake shots were beautiful and delicious. We’re sure they were a great hit!

I can’t say enough great things about our entire experience planning our daughter's Bat Mitzvah with Glynis Keith, Catering Manager, with Catering by Seasons.
Catering By Seasons exceeded my expectation. I used them for a brunch at my house after my son’s bar mitzvah. The level of professionalism along with their responsiveness made me feel at ease right away.
Alberto is the best catering manager ever!! Everything about working with Catering by Season, from the planning, communication, to the execution was phenomenal!
