A Bright and Bold Gala
For the last four years, Catering by Seasons has been honored to cater the annual fundraising gala for the United Community Ministries.
The UCM tasks itself to mobilize the power of community to equip, educate, and empower, vulnerable children, youth, adults and families to improve their lives. This event gathers the communities of Mount Vernon and Fairfax in Northern Virginia for an elegant evening.
Beginning with a cocktail hour, music and passed hors d’oeuvre of Margarita Shrimp, Apricots stuffed with Goat Cheese & Pistachios and Maui Tuna Sliders welcomed all to a live auction.
The first course was Baby Kale Salad followed by a dinner of Beef Tenderloin with Whole Grain Timbale and Carrot Soufflé. Dessert was a combination plate of Beignets, Raspberry Financiers, Espresso Madeleines and Chocolate dipped Palmier; so delicious!

I can’t say enough great things about our entire experience planning our daughter's Bat Mitzvah with Glynis Keith, Catering Manager, with Catering by Seasons.
The food, of course, was a highlight. Several attendees went out of their way to mention that it was the best they’ve ever had at a corporate event. Your ability to deliver this high-quality experience with such ease made a lasting impression, and we truly appreciate the effort and care that went into making everything perfect. Thank you again for making our event such a success.
Everything about working with Catering by Seasons, from the planning, communication, to the execution was phenomenal!
