Eastern Shore Elegance
This wedding was the epitome of Eastern Shore elegance. It was simple yet sophisticated and had many creative surprises including a boat full of beer! The ceremony was held at Brittland Manor in Chestertown, Maryland. October 10th was a spectacular Autumn day, perfect for an outdoor ceremony and reception. The ceremony was followed by a poolside cocktail hour where guests enjoyed an assortment of hors d’oeuvres including miniature crab cakes, bacon wrapped scallops, lemongrass chicken dumplings and harvest vegetable skewers. Dinner was served under a beautifully decorated tent; the menu included Chesapeake Bay Rockfish, local potato souffle and roasted broccoli with mushrooms.
Our event planner, Alberto, had so much fun planning this wedding. Right before the ceremony he turned to a co-worker and stated, “this is why I love my job; how great is this?”
