Edamame Hummus – Recipes from the Chef
At Catering by Seasons, we are always coming up with fun new innovations. Our Edamame Hummus is a hit with pita chips or paired with other fantastic vegetarian selections in our Mediterranean Mezze Station.

- 3 cups edamame – shelled
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 6 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 tsp La Prima Spice Mix
- ¼ tsp coriander seeds
- 1/8 tsp jalapeno powder
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup vegetable stock
- Boil edamame for 5 mins. Drain and let cool.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy at room temperature with pita chips.
