Empire Event in Howard County, MD

Every year, the Catering by Seasons team is delighted to return to a beautiful private residence for a spectacular themed-ball.

This year, our events staff had fun crafting a Japanese-inspired event, with beautiful decor and food from around the globe.

The beef tenderloin was grilled on-site by Chef Kyle Vermeulen. He absolutely loves to incorporate grilling into events throughout the seasons.

We also offered seafood and vegetable tempuras. Lobster and shrimp were breaded and fried on-site for a crunchy bite on the buffet. Vegetable tempura included fried asparagus, onion and sweet potato, served with a teriyaki dip.

A sweet treat for guests as the departed, Catering by Seasons offered Yuzu sorbet and green tea ice cream.

The host had so many good things to say about the evening:

Seasons takes the worry, stress and frustration out of any event. Because of their service standard, as the hostess I am free to greet and socialize with my guests rather than running around worried if everything is running as I’d like. The food is more than good, it is memorable. Watching / experiencing Seasons is like watching/listening to a symphony….the conductor and orchestra are working hard but you experience the beauty.

We would especially like to thank the chefs, servers and masterminds behind the scenes of the Catering by Seasons team. You all make these events possible.

A special thanks to all of our fantastic vendors:

I can’t say enough great things about our entire experience planning our daughter's Bat Mitzvah with Glynis Keith, Catering Manager, with Catering by Seasons.

Everything about working with Catering by Seasons, from the planning, communication, to the execution was phenomenal!

Catering By Seasons exceeded my expectation. I used them for a brunch at my house after my son’s bar mitzvah. The level of professionalism along with their responsiveness made me feel at ease right away.
