Fresh Seasonal Meal Ideas on Pinterest
In the spirit of summer and fresh local foods, we have amped up our Pinterest with a great new board – Fresh Seasonal Meals. Here you can find pins for all kinds of food… zucchini recipes, tomato recipes, even recipes for gooseberries and tomatillos!
Our partners at Groundworks Farm are growing a wide variety of these summer vegetables, so it’s great to see some new meal ideas.
Did you know that many of our employees participate in local CSA Farm Shares? CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, and the trend is sweeping the nation. Farmer Margaret Evans describes the shares as “a direct connection between a customer and farmer. The Shareholders get the best produce, eggs, and meat available at an excellent value.” Farm shares are a great way to get lots of local, sustainable and organically grown foods into your diet, but it is also a great time to try new things! Our new pinterest board embraces these new, “exotic” local foods with innovative recipes for everyone. Chef Kyle Vermeulen has been busy in the kitchens finding fresh new dishes for these classic foods available across the east coast. New recipes are posted daily so stay tuned!

I can’t say enough great things about our entire experience planning our daughter's Bat Mitzvah with Glynis Keith, Catering Manager, with Catering by Seasons.
Everything about working with Catering by Seasons, from the planning, communication, to the execution was phenomenal!
Catering By Seasons exceeded my expectation. I used them for a brunch at my house after my son’s bar mitzvah. The level of professionalism along with their responsiveness made me feel at ease right away.
