Last Thursday was the big reveal of Catering by Seasons, the new brand of upscale full service catering from La Prima Food Group.  At the Hollywood Nights showcase in the Carnegie Library, our chef, president and staff greeted guests under the new name.  Our menu, decor and flyer all focused on classic black and white Hollywood.

We were inspired by the 2012 Oscar winner for best picture – The Artist.

Set in 1927 and filmed in black and white, The Artist tells the story of George Valentine, a silent superstar unable to make the transition to Talkies.  Along the way, he meets struggling actress, Peppy Miller.

As her career flourishes in the spotlight, a new star is born!

We believe that our transition to Catering by Seasons is and will be just as spectacular.

On our menu, we had a few little pops of color with Beet-Cured Salmon with Horseradish Dill in Savory Cones and Butternut Squash Soup, then our sweet and savory, black and white dessert items – White Chocolate Goat Cheese Truffles with Black Pepper and Chocolate Raviolis with Cream, lightly dusted with graham cracker crumbs. Check them out below!

The food, of course, was a highlight. Several attendees went out of their way to mention that it was the best they’ve ever had at a corporate event. Your ability to deliver this high-quality experience with such ease made a lasting impression, and we truly appreciate the effort and care that went into making everything perfect. Thank you again for making our event such a success.

I can’t say enough great things about our entire experience planning our daughter's Bat Mitzvah with Glynis Keith, Catering Manager, with Catering by Seasons.

Catering By Seasons exceeded my expectation. I used them for a brunch at my house after my son’s bar mitzvah. The level of professionalism along with their responsiveness made me feel at ease right away.
