There are so many exciting fall wedding trends that we are loving right now. From colors to lighting, here are a few select favorites to inspire your own events. Whether your next gathering is a formal celebration, your wedding, or an informal get together at home, add a few new ideas to your plans. You are sure to make your event more fabulous, memorable, and fun.

Bright & Vivid Flowers

Bright wedding bouquets and unexpected color combinations. This season is full of floral surprises. Take risks and mix colors, add in succulents and other nontraditional options. The result? Amazing flowers that are the perfect compliment for your event.

Vintage Glassware

We love the look of vintage glassware, it can work with a classic or eclectic table scheme. Old fashioned glassware is available from many rental companies, thrift shops or online sites. You might have some hiding in your own home.

Plant Based Menus

Having plant based options are fairly standard at most events today. It is also becoming quite common to see entire menus that are plant based. This year’s MetGala featured an entirely vegan menu. Plant based menus can be exciting, unique and hearty. They also can be a great choice for hosting a healthy and more sustainable event.

Can anything be more romantic than dining or dancing by candlelight? While fairy lights and string lighting have raised the lighting landscape at parties and weddings, candles should not be overlooked for their equal wow factor.

Wedding brunches have earned their rightful place and this trend continues. Brunches are a popular choice for all sorts of celebrations. Daytime drinks, delicious menu options, and sunshine. We are big fans.

Individual Desserts

No disrespect to the wedding cake. It will always hold center stage. Individual desserts are a wonderful addition to an event menu. It’s a chance to add something both delicious and fun in a small single portion serving.

Cocktail Creativity

Drink walls, custom cocktails, craft beer trucks, fancy mocktails, and so much more. Perhaps no single aspect of a planned event has raised the bar higher than the drink. So much so, that this topic will warrant its own post for sure.

People remember how you make them feel, but they also remember great food and drinks, beautiful flowers and ambience. Here’s to creating events as special as the people you share them with, and most certainly, as special as you.

I can’t say enough great things about our entire experience planning our daughter's Bat Mitzvah with Glynis Keith, Catering Manager, with Catering by Seasons.

Catering By Seasons exceeded my expectation. I used them for a brunch at my house after my son’s bar mitzvah. The level of professionalism along with their responsiveness made me feel at ease right away.

Everything about working with Catering by Seasons, from the planning, communication, to the execution was phenomenal!
