Last week, Catering by Seasons had a fantastic corporate luncheon event at American Gas Association in Washington, DC. This picturesque venue overlooking Capital Hill was the perfect place to invite senators to dine with the Boy Scouts of America.

Honoring Congressman John Dingell of Michigan, the program featured foods native to the midwest.

This silver and gold event was simply stunning, and with the fabulous variety of food there was no lack for color.

The event featured a plated Rocket Salad with spinach, arugula and rocket greens, topped with pistachios and applewood smoked bacon. The salad was promptly followed by the main entree, a potato-crusted halibut over succotash corn and edamame, garnished with sun-dried tomatoes and a savory truffle sabayon.

The food, of course, was a highlight. Several attendees went out of their way to mention that it was the best they’ve ever had at a corporate event. Your ability to deliver this high-quality experience with such ease made a lasting impression, and we truly appreciate the effort and care that went into making everything perfect. Thank you again for making our event such a success.

I can’t say enough great things about our entire experience planning our daughter's Bat Mitzvah with Glynis Keith, Catering Manager, with Catering by Seasons.

Catering By Seasons exceeded my expectation. I used them for a brunch at my house after my son’s bar mitzvah. The level of professionalism along with their responsiveness made me feel at ease right away.
