On Wednesday, July 11, students gathered at the National Museum of Women in the Arts to celebrate their graduation. Catering by Seasons had the pleasure of serving a lovely seated dinner for over 300.

Elegant decor and national flags colored the tables – reflecting the diverse group of students from around the globe.

Catering by Seasons served fabulous spring hors d’oeuvre including our famous Golden Gazpacho Shooters, Crab and Avocado Crostini, and Sweet Chili Shrimp Skewers.

The reds and golds were radiant throughout the museum, with beautiful flowers and china to match.

The first course, a  salad of baby greens, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and dried cranberries drizzled with a citrus vinaigrette was a hit, adding even more color to this fantastic reception.

Guests were given the choice between honey-glazed salmon medallions, filet mignon or savory grilled vegetable tarts for their main entrée, with saffron risotto cakes and grilled asparagus on the side.

For dessert, guests enjoyed a pairing of limoncello flutes and chocolate Florentine cookies.
