This past weekend, Catering by Seasons reached new heights once again, presenting all of the food for the Silver Ball in Glenelg, Maryland. With an elaborate menu of drinks, passed hors d’oeuvres, seafood, tender meats, gourmet vegetable dishes and fine desserts, there was plenty to go around and the photos speak for themselves!

The hors d’oeuvres included  Asian squid ink pasta forks, beet-cured salmon with caviar presented in savory pastry spoons, butternut squash cubes with herbed mascarpone, grilled calamari on tiny skewers and beef tenderloin tips crusted in black garlic.

Fresh calamari and sea squid were grilled and quickly sauteed on-site alongside beef tenderloin and petite lobster tails.

Grilled duck breast, grilled lobster tails, Fall vegetables, porcini mushroom risotto and fresh micro greens lined the buffet which also featured charming silver accents.

Desserts included a fabulous 25th anniversary cake with delicate white flowers and silver accents, brandied cherry skewers, Godiva white chocolate milk and almond Florentine cookies.

It was our pleasure to cater this event and we are so happy that everyone enjoyed it.
