Catering by Seasons was proud to provide a plated dinner at the UCM Gala in Alexandria, Virginia. With spectacular decor and a beautiful venue at the United States Patent and Trade Office, this event really could not have been more perfect.

Unite Community Ministries celebrated their 45th year with a very successful Gala with silent auction, live auction, music, dancing and exquisite cuisine!  The organization raised over $170,000 , a record-breaking number for this annual event. These donations help those in our communities that are in need.

“Since 1969, UCM has grown from a small collection of services providing food, clothing, and shelter to people in need – to a robust organization with diverse services that stabilize, empower, and engage,” said UCM Executive Director Shirley Marshall.

Our passed hors d’oeuvre included Balsamic Strawberry Crostini, Miniature Maryland Crab Cakes, Beet Cured Salmon Cones, Edamame Dumplings and Duck Rillette.

The plated salad of goat cheese and berries atop arugula was as beautiful as it was tasty!

Finally, the Mediterranean Salmon and Filet Mignon duel entree was the hit of the evening, served with truffle mashed potatoes and roasted broccolini.
