Unique Fall Wedding Food Bars
As of September 22nd, we have officially entered fall wedding season. There’s just something about the changing of the leaves and the enchanting smell of pumpkin spice in the air that makes people want to tie the knot. There is no doubt fall has rightfully earned its place as the most popular wedding season, but how can you make your wedding stand-out from the rest? To make your wedding as charming as the season itself, here is a list of unique fall wedding food bar ideas.
- Hot Chocolate Bar
Create that cozy fall feeling by offering a hot chocolate bar at your wedding.
Key Tips: Make sure there are plenty of mugs so every guest can enjoy all the hot chocolate their heart desires. Put out plenty of marshmallows, caramel bits, cinnamon sticks, chocolate chips, pumpkin spice, and whipped cream so your guests can customize their drinks.
2. Caramel Apple Bar
Caramel apples are a delectable fall treat that your guests will have fun creating and customizing for themselves.
Key Tips: Make sure your caterer provides a chafing dish to keep the caramel at a smooth consistency. Provide apples with the skewer already in place for the convince of your guests. Put out plenty of crushed graham crackers, chocolate candies, peanuts, toffee, butterscotch chips, sprinkles, candy corn, and anything else that comes to mind. The more the merrier!
3. Apple Cider Bar
Take advantage of the in-season fruits by providing fresh apple cider.
Key Tips: Provide warm and cold options to satisfy all your guests’ apple cider needs. Make sure to add fresh apple slices to make the display more visually appealing and to enhance the fresh crisp flavor. Another great addition is to offer fresh cinnamon sugar doughnuts, which are a perfect complement to the drink.

Everything about working with Catering by Seasons, from the planning, communication, to the execution was phenomenal!
I can’t say enough great things about our entire experience planning our daughter's Bat Mitzvah with Glynis Keith, Catering Manager, with Catering by Seasons.
The food, of course, was a highlight. Several attendees went out of their way to mention that it was the best they’ve ever had at a corporate event. Your ability to deliver this high-quality experience with such ease made a lasting impression, and we truly appreciate the effort and care that went into making everything perfect. Thank you again for making our event such a success.
