Viva Las Vegas Charity Gala
Glitz and glamour! You wouldn’t expect anything less from the fabulous city of Las Vegas! This auction was complete with Black Jack tables, sequins, feathers and of course an appearance by Elvis. Catering by Seasons has had so much fun catering United Community Ministries’ Annual Auction Gala for the past few years.
The evening began with games, a cocktail hour and a spectrum of passed Hors D’oeuvres – Apricot and Goat Cheese Bites, Firecracker Shrimp, Golden Gazpacho Shots, Tuna and Jicama Crostini and Lamb Meatball Skewers.
Dinner kicked off with a Garden Salad Roll drizzled with rice wine vinaigrette and was followed by Beef Tenderloin served with Wild Mushroom Farro Risotto with Truffle Butter and Broccoli Rabe. For dessert, guests indulged in Ricotta Pound Cake with Limoncello Brulee.
