Out of this World Holiday Party in D.C.
One recent holiday party at Longview Gallery in Washington, D.C. was out of this world!
With dramatic uplighting, unique florals, and fantastic foods, this was certainly a holiday party to remember.
The bar featured a variety of drinks including a seasonal cocktail with apple cider, agave nectar, the client’s favorite bourbon, and freshly cut apple bites – yum!
Dishes such as this star burst radish salad with vegan dressing were displayed in modern serving dishes for an extraterrestrial vibe.
Chef Kyle Vermeulen created extraordinary passed hors d’oeuvre for the adventurous guests, including these avocado ice cream cones with wasabi sprinkles, grilled octopus skewers, and smoked quail eggs.
Some Middle Eastern favorites were also passed, like these juicy lamb meatballs with tahini dip.
There was a taste for every different palate at this unconventional holiday party in D.C., including a sushi bar, complete with saki and sides.
Smoked tenderloin filets and duxelle chicken were also served, aside a roasted cauliflower salad and fanned potatoes topped with Gruyere cheese.
The evening wouldn’t be complete without drinks and desserts – but we did one better! Chef Kyle created these sparkling champagne jello shots that were the hit of the night.
Petite chocolate almond cones and praline bites gave guests a vast assortment of sweets to choose from before the night was over.
Our team was excited for such a unique catering menu, not to mention an awesome holiday party concept! It was a great opportunity to get creative and offer out-of-the-ordinary tastes.

I can’t say enough great things about our entire experience planning our daughter's Bat Mitzvah with Glynis Keith, Catering Manager, with Catering by Seasons.
Everything about working with Catering by Seasons, from the planning, communication, to the execution was phenomenal!
Catering By Seasons exceeded my expectation. I used them for a brunch at my house after my son’s bar mitzvah. The level of professionalism along with their responsiveness made me feel at ease right away.
